Introduction
Organizations deem as a place where in the employees and the managers is in-charge of their core destiny. The core structure of an organization depends upon three dominating levels known as Subordinate level, managerial level and upper managerial level (Gitman, McDaniel & Gitman, 2000). It is important for the management of an organization to keep the things of an organization in an effective and organized manner to overcome on the issues and challenges completely. There are hundreds of thousands of organizations are actually working in the world, but there are only few of them which actually reached on the level of zenith due to their effectiveness and managed operations particularly. This assignment is a continuation of the past assignments made on the same topic. Maggie Mix Bakery is the company which has been used for this assignment as well, and there are certain sections that needed to be completed in this assignment accordingly.
Analysis & Findings
- Organizational structure are extremely important for an entity’s long term sustainability and effectiveness, and those organizations which have high intentions to strengthen their structure would be more worthwhile and effective as compared to those companies which are not. The organizational structure of the chosen organization is perfect, and it is distributed into the three forms which have been mentioned above. The management of the company is highly mobilize and effective, and has a great sort of leniency towards the analytical aspects (Maguire, 2003).
Maggie Mix Bakery has a wonderful management on its head, which is operating with perfection in the market. The company has a centralized decision making approach which is more than essential to manage the operations accordingly. The management of the company has a transformational approach with their employees, and thinks that the employees would like to work without any strictness and influence, and they should be free from any issue and problem to get the things in the right direction (Maguire, 2003).
The structure of Maggie Mix Bakery starts with the managerial stuff, which has been distributed among the departmental head and in line management, followed by supervisors and the people who are working under them (Miles, Miles & Snow, 2005). Maggie Mix Bakery has a high amount of communication spreading strategy within the premises of the company, as they think that it is the only strategy from which the management of the company can enhance the level of satisfaction among their employees with a positive mean and node. It is also required in this part of the assignment to make a perfect roles and responsibility matrix of different roles that are required to complete accordingly. Maggie Mix Bakery is a perfect company which is operating with open mind and a flare of effectiveness for its employees. The company always is in the favor of their employees, and they are doing the things exactly in their favor. Some of the roles and responsibilities of the employees can be found in the below mentioned matrix
It is important for Maggie Mix Bakery to have a perfect Customer Liaison analysis with their consumers, and they have to do it, because the company is a product providence company with directly approaching their consumers in a perfect and organized manner. Therefore, any liaison with the customers will increase the satisfaction level among the consumers, and increases the level of production of the company with a positive mean. The team that will manage and supervise the operations of customer liaison will be Supervisory team. Apart from that, Administer Timesheet, Vacation Scheduling, Suppler and Leading Meeting of teams are some of the major roles and responsibilities that are more than essential for the company to pursue for their great future consequences. It will not only make the operations of Maggie Mix Bakery attractive and effective, but also increases the positive demand and response of the customers regarding the products of the company. Customer Orientation and attentiveness is the only thing that will differentiate among two identical organizations, selling homogenous products and services in the market.
- As per the RFP, there are certain problems that specifically associated with Maggie Mix Bakery; however the company can overcome on these issues and problems with the help of their effective competitive advantages (Miles, Miles & Snow, 2005). The company should apply the method of proper check and balance and monitoring to overcome on the ambiguities they are encountering during a certain time period. One of the major problems highlighted in the RFP, is the low satisfaction level among the employees merely because of high amount of conflicts among the managerial and non managerial position. Proper monitoring of the attitudes and behaviors of the employees of the RFP would certainly help the company to overcome on this issue, and will leave the company positive and effective as far as satisfying the needs of their employees and mitigating the level of ill-responses and ambiguities accordingly and effectively. Maggie Mix Bakery has to analyze this fact that without satisfied employees and management, they cannot alleviate their earnings with a positive mean, because employees are the backbone of an organization, and no person can stand effectively on their feet without a perfect and strong backbone. Apart from the monitoring methodology, the company also has the option to apply the Management Bi Objective (MBO) approach to overcome on the challenges, which start from conveying and sharing the problems and issues among the employees and the management, and then bring a solution based specifically on the problem with collective bargaining and discussion.
- The program description which is intending to document and completes in this particular section is all about “Designing of a new communication system known as (Joint Tactical Widget-JTW) for the Air Force E-XB aircraft.
The proposal should include the working of the relevant departments in the analysis, as it should include the operational department which will issue the proposal and then make the things accordingly. Apart from that, supplies, logistics and finance department should also take care of the things in an effective manner, and they should be applied in the methodological view accordingly. With the help of all of these departments, the relevant company can cover the thing of the proposal along with the requirement, and can place a valuable order for them.
Conclusion
Organizational effectiveness and tendency are very significant for the sake of an organization, and it usually done on the basis of long term decisions particularly. The structure of an organization always plays a vital role in the productivity and level of efficacy of an organization, and it is equally beneficial for Maggie Mix Bakery as well. By this analysis, it is divulged that the reaction of the management is necessary for its employees as well as for its consumers, and they should keep them on a certain level for the long run growth of the company.
