Day by day people are involved in task that even when they don´t know there are some hazard associated to it, it could be at the work place or at home, the risk that people are exposed not always is in the same degree but if there are no some safety measures implement, even the simplest ask could result in a serious injury. In the following three tables some risk assessment plans will be present to some regular task done by almost everybody, like changing a flat tire, painting the sealing or working on furniture with a staple gun.
Risk assessment plans are documents that are done under just one purpose; avoid accident, in them regularly an analyst will study how a specific job is done and how I should be done in order to reduce the probability of an accident happens, the risk of the hazardous situation will always be present in most of the jobs that are consider for this type of analysis if the occurrence of a consequence given that risk what people can and should control.
Basically the analysis will present task or step that will be carried during the job, and the hazardous situations involved, also will be included the consequences and the way to prevent each situation.
As it is been shown the most regular jobs that one might get involved are exposed to some serious consequences it doesn’t necessarily need to be a nuclear plant reactor to produce damage to people. Working with precaution, keep the concentration, follow the instructions and always wear the safety objects that are required for each task are the factors that can make the difference from for example a nicely paint sealing or a awkward visit to the emergency room.
