However, the most appropriate and one that can be considered safe over the provided short term period as the manager, simply involves imitating the same strategies that Google and Apple take towards handling their situations. This can be effective through coming up with campuses that are similar to a playground. SAS’s success has been primarily formed based on actual intelligence and disruptiveness, bending its position.

There are students with the potential to work hard and become successful in case they would be in a position to afford their college fees. It could be the responsibility of SAS to ensure such students attend school by providing loans to the once who are bright and have the passion for attending school. The same awardees over summer, would intern SAD and be provided with jobs with a specific percentage of the loans they are offered yearly for post-graduate employment from SAS, they would in turn not only obtain greater jobs but would be free of student debts. Such programs would give space for loyal employees with various backgrounds

One of the best means of understanding what will retain the employees is discovering what the team truly needs. Even though compensation is also part of retention, providing the workforce with greater self-determination, efficient and very smooth working environments, balancing of tasks, and creating of even greater opportunities are just as considerable. The Human resource needs to ensure the focused attention is at satisfying the workforce relating development of retention strategies
In conclusion, the world is changing at the speed of thought. Business today faces the stiff challenge of keeping up the rate and continuously reinventing themselves to compete in the fierce global market. The market is constantly evolving, and the consumers have more options than ever before. Therefore, the most successful companies are those that are prepared to handle changing landscape by staying ahead of the competition.
