Question One.
Tell us about your leadership potential. Give an example of when you have been in a leadership role, or discuss how you might want to develop as a leader.
Leadership, according to my understanding, is the potential and strength an individual heading an organization or firm has in handling issues that pertain to planning, innovation, inspiration of followers and an organization towards accomplishing a set mission and vision. This is, however, congruent to management that is a hands-on constituent of leadership. I would, therefore, put it to you that my leadership qualities are irrefutable based on my own self evaluation and regard to my previous compliances. I have always upheld high integrity alongside outmost ability to convince and influence the people I serve at different levels in an organization in delivering and achieving the set goals. Motivation alongside reliable communication skills and passing on information has enabled me pioneer and contrivance strategic visions to promulgation.
I served as an assistant minister in the office of Student affairs, academic programs in my last academic year at the University. Currently, I am an executive member and secretary of the regional nobility society for psychology at Psi Chi. In this position as the secretary at Psi Chi, I have coordinated several projects of which a good number have been successful due to the proper coordination and good planning of the available resources which include both time and finance eligibility. These programs have had far reaching positive development on my communication and leadership skills which would be suffice in relating to your clients when honored with the duty at your organization. I am knowledgeable and interested in acquiring new skills to further improve on my leadership qualities.
Question Two.
Provide an example of when you solved the problem. Given the chance, what would you do differently?
Give a chance to serve in your company, I would welcome the opportunity and exhaustively apply my training and acquaintance alongside the management skills have always acquired in delivering the highest level of professionalism in realization of the organizations mission and vision. Based on the current state of your company, as the international coating and paint producer, as a Psychologist together with the marketing officers, I would evaluate the client's needs and expectations that would enable the company comes into direct contact with its customers hence provide the right goods and services. Within the company, I would ensure an amicable manner of handling disputes that may arise at various levels of management and operation within the organization.
Question Three.
Tell us about a time when you were part of a team, and there was a difference of opinion. What happened and what did you do? What was the outcome?
As the secretary at the regional nobility society for psychology at Psi Chi, there are a number of society based projects that I plan in each given fiscal year. For these projects to succeed, high levels of integrity are always expected at individual levels in handle finances and managing time so as to deliver the very best. I was in me dilemma when we planned a three day project in a soup kitchen at Baltimore when the field officer responsible for promulgating the project alongside the top management slashed the funds that had been budgeted for. This created a lot of mistrust between the field officer, the management and the staff which lead to cancellation of the program on the last day to the scheduled date.
My role in this situation was to mediate between the field officer and the management who were at wrangles and bring this to the notice of other staff members who felt demoralized and betrayed by a team they had trusted. I contravened a panel of four that comprised of two external auditors and an arbitrator. I was the chair of the team and had the relevant information that would be required being the secretary and the executive member at the same time. After rigorous auditing, it came to my notice that more than half of the budgeted funds could not be accounted for. With the help of the arbitrators, the management agreed to liars with the field officer to recover the money. I then gave a brief to the rest of the staff on the outcome of our investigations and the recommendation and agreement reached by both parties. I believe in a clear and transparent manner of handling issues that are related to finance and the skills on investigation and conflict resolution I gather from this experience, I believe would be relevant in monitoring company expenditures and in cases of misappropriation, an amicable manner of settling such would be suffice.
Question Four.
Give us insight into your experience of working with people from different cultures. When and where did you do this, and how did you find it?
At regional nobility society for psychology at Psi Chi, I intermingled with people of different cultures and origin and this enabled me appreciate the diversity in culture and admire the adorable way of life and norms of these unique traditions. To add to this, I learnt the basics in different languages and am always interested in getting to know more to improve on my communication skills and abilities. These have enabled me reached the community at personal level and gather the information I require even from the illiterate without assistance of a translator. The outreach programs that are usually community based have always been the most successful and augmented with great amusement due to the diverse cultural demonstration that are always demonstrated in these occasions.

In terms of workplace skills, what area would you most like to develop at this time? How are you planning to do this?
