Question one
There are excess of suspicious persons in one area than the other. The suspicious the excess of suspicious persons in one area was reported. The reported areas, which had suspicious persons in excess, were the Northwestern part and the North Eastern part. The excess of suspected persons in the Northern East area may be because of the reason that the area is endowed with to do people. People of higher standard live in this area. Criminals like this area, as they know that if they go to robe in this area they will at least get something as compared to other areas. The North West area also has gangs, which increases the number of suspicious persons. This calls for the chief to allocate more patrol officers to these areas.
Question Two
The suspicious persons are not reported in some areas. The South part of the area did not report the suspicious persons. This may be because police patrol were enough in this area. This shows the method that was adopted in controlling the crime was weak. This led to imbalance of patrol officers in the area. The imbalance in the patrol officers led some areas not being covered to combat crime. This also may be because the area has people of less economic statuses and the gangs could not go to that area.
Question Three
There are North Eastern and the North Western areas have many burglary activities taking place there. This may because due to the presence of the gangs in the North Western area and the North Eastern have people of higher living. The gangs move to the North Eastern area as the area is the downtown harbor area (Santos, 2005). There is a cluster for homicide in South and North Western areas. There is a cluster for burglaries and robberies in North area. Carjacking takes place in all areas. There is no cluster for domestic and home invasions in all areas but no cluster for driving under influence.
Question 4
The domestics are related to a particular area, that is more of the cases that have been reported tend to lie in the parts near north east or the north eastern part of the town. This may be because the domestic crimes are majorly related to places where people live. The other parts of this town may be only for business. The part that domestic crimes are high includes where people have settled and established their family. The northern part for the rich hence crimes are high in rich residential areas. From this observation, it might be the reason why these domestics are related to specific parts.
Question 5
