The class was a welcoming experience for me. I was not only introduced to various aspects relating to the English language but also how it can be used effectively in the corporate world. It helped in augmenting my English speaking, writing and composition skills alongwith helping me to learn the intricacies and beauty of the language. It allowed me learn several new forms of English composition such as letters, memos, notices, drafts and the like, which I was earlier unfamiliar with.
It also helped me to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses in English composition and to further improve upon my writing skills. My English vocabulary and critical thinking abilities improved manifolds due to the course. For me, the highlight of the course was how we were introduced to the aspects of plagiarism and citations. Overall, the class has been a fun and learning experience for me and my colleagues.
Moreover, there is hardly any part in the course that has not worked effectively for me. I have been able to learn several new and interesting things and improve upon several of my known capabilities. I realize how important this course would prove to be in our future endeavors therefore, every part of the course was as effective for me as any other course.
English Composition course has been fun-filled yet a learning platform for everyone alike. I have learnt to improve upon my weaknesses, enhance my skills, take criticism positively, and imbibe new things and to acknowledge the magnificence of small things in life. I am glad I was able to take such a valuable course of my career. I am particularly grateful to everyone for making it a memorable part of my life.
