Another primary reason that has led to the success of this global enterprise is its distinct organization culture. The organization has a well-defined culture, which is visible in all its outlets in the world. Form support staff to managers, every of this famous food retailer is aware of the attitude and behaviour that they are supposed to exhibit in accordance with the organization culture.
