Achor (2011) in a Ted show “The happiness advantage: Research linking happiness and success,” argued that happiness tends to promote one's to be productive as opposed to the mere ideology of hard work. In his arguments, Achor noted that in the current world, the emphasis of research on the average tends to limit people within the normal ranges other than dealing with those who lie outside the average. Going beyond the mean would have to involve moving all people from above the average.
Change the formula for success i.e. if one works harder one will be successful and be happy. However, one changes the targets and never gets to the horizon of happiness. One pushes and detaches happiness from success as he or she shifts goalposts in perpetuity. However, if one increase positivity, one’s creativity raises as well as energy and integrity. As a result, one becomes 31% more productivity than when in negative or neutral stress. Therefore, making the brain positive by writing three new things that one is grateful for twenty-one days in a row would promote the internal state of happiness in a positive way. Exercise teacher the brain how to behave, meditation allows one to focus on one activity at a time; journaling creates consistency, and random acts of Kindness boost one’s satisfaction.
The reverse formula for happiness requires that one becomes happy first other than attaching pleasure to the successes of the external world.
