The lessons I learned
Corporate social responsibility is America’s phenomena. Many employees are involved in voluntarism. Nevertheless, there is even more people, who simply believe that volunteering is one of the means to find out how to be a true citizen, become a better person, show appreciation, improve professional and individual skills. Engagement in volunteering activities is more complex than it seems to be. Feeding Children Everywhere is only four years in this sphere. Their structure includes a couple of departments, which make the process effective. Each department places interns, paid employees and volunteers. This is a great work force upon the same goal and vision. The five elements to analyze success of the organization are the arena, vehicles, differentiators, staging and economic logic. Feeding Children Everywhere feeds hungry children on both national and international levels. Due to collaboration and partnerships with major companies, the vehicles are available. The differentiators are social charity perspective and passionate people who work for this organization. According to their vision, the staging element is their potential and desire to spread the idea rapidly. Children in the world will have sustainable access to food by 2020 as per their economic logic. Thus, the picture of Feeding Children Everywhere is extremely clear. People all around the world understand that food is life necessity, which unfortunately is not available for every single person. Over time, similar organizations appear and there is no best description what a great change they make. People make this change with their kindness and consciousness. It is very important to keep the most suitable candidates working for such organizations. Companies are to delegate staffing and create a motivation system for employees. An individual who is a part of such a community should look in the same direction with his colleagues, as this is the only way to improve the services. Proper selection while recruiting is truly valuable. With successful completion of this task, an organization gains the work force, who require the minimum of supervision. This is not just a workforce, but also the power, which rotates a steering wheel.
