Classes will be according to student’s preference such as necessity for professional preparation and personal satisfaction on curiosity pertaining to information technology. Organizational Structure will comprise of a platform with specific subject matter experts who will chair chief executive officer. He will require A&P license that will maintain the chosen aircraft provided as a sample of Government furnished Equipment (GFE). These GFE are essential for training courses since they provide the standard requirements from the government. Therefore, the training will go along with U.S military course outline and through trained aircraft specialists. The courseware will also require the trainers to have significant instructional and operational expertise. The company will require project and program managers in its management to work with their subordinates for the smooth running and teamwork in the company
B, F, J, and T Systems, Inc. will face Systems Service Enterprises, Inc. and Logistic Services International as Relevant inc. Competitors because they will provide same services therefore it will require the management to strive ahead and upgrade on what the other companies are offering to meet the right standards of company. Competitive strategies will help in achieving goals through specific courseware of military aircraft use all over U.S. that is user interactive. The courseware will also need to have easy access to the offices to enhance quick problem solving when need be and three-dimensional graphics designed for quick understanding. Information systems are necessary serving the needs of B, F, J, and T Systems, Incorporation through implementing them to provide top-secret database for the courseware. The importance of secrecy is to restrict illegal access to information especially to non-bona fide members. It will also ensure customer satisfaction since unauthorized personnel would access their information with regard to their performance or success. In addition, the information system will follow up on the courseware advancement until the customer accepts it eventually the company will allow company employees to access courseware entirely throughout the contract to make easy necessary updates. The expected Revenue is $40 million contract with the military. This amount if money will rise from the academic fee from the military paid to the courseware (Hallion, Cliff, Saunders, PCNDU Press & CSCMA, 2012).
In summary, for the courseware to kick off, the necessary Resources for business process are 10,000 sq. ft. office building with several office spaces for different departments, a break room and two large conference rooms. Cubicles, chairs, Desks, computers with a minimum of two monitors for all personnel, three large LCD televisions for courseware review in the conference rooms, telephones, internet access, and secure spaces for Secret and Top Secret courseware development are all necessary for courseware processes to be successful.
