Does your staff generate a lot of files during normal operations?
Do you make use of multimedia programs or use programs that render graphical images or videos?
Will your staff need internet access for their operations or a Local Area Network (LAN) will be sufficient?

Will your staff be allowed to use removable media to transfer files to and from the computer workstations?

Can staff members have access to the files they work on or they work independent of each other and are not allowed to be privy to the work of others?
Are the workstations to be provided laptop computers or desktop computers?
Will staff members be allowed to bring their own mobile devices and have internet access, if the answer to (g) above is that they need internet access?
