The gamers was unfair in that it seemed to favour those who had wealth and real property since they gained more from the poorer people who stayed in their houses in rent payments. The poorer ones had little chances of acquiring the real property and wealth.
The rigid game is still unfair in that it still favours the Hats, then the Horse leaving the cars most disadvantaged.
