These people replaced former executives who have joined a political agency.
If Orlando Bizline receives a large new order with a tight deadline, then it could be challenging for the company to manage. The reason for major concerns is the new key members of the leadership team. They are new to the company and may not deal with the situation well as they should. They may also not be able to perform well in pressure situations. The rest of the members of the team may not be willing accept the new leaders and their leadership style. The trust issues may also exist in the new leadership management (Dess, Lumpkin, Eisner, & McNamara, 2013). Employees may find that the new leaders are not directing them as the former executives used to direct the team members.
A good leader is the one who is responsible and is good at handling conflicting situations . The leaders should engage with the team members to have effective communication, and the instructions are properly conveyed. Leaders’ engagement helps to reduce the conflicts and makes the member s work with dedication when working in a team.
In the other scenario, one of the biggest clients does not renew the contract. Contracts serve as the backbone of the business. If the client does not renew the contract, the company can get into deep trouble. Many risks are involved, and also the company may experience severe losses if the client refuses to renew the contract. Orlando Bizline aims to satisfy its current clients as well as attracting the new ones, but this situation has a possibility of dragging the business to failure.
Non-renewal of the contract may not only disappoint the client but the business as well. The team may fail to provide the services the customer desires. The client, at the later stage, may refuse to avail the company’s services, and as a result, Orlando will suffer. The cost incurred in providing the service may not be recovered. The overtime labor costs, operational costs and many other costs incurred in providing the services may lead the business to collapse in this situation.
The agency should contact the client and guide them with the importance of contract renewal . The agency should inform the client about all the possible benefits that he may have once the contract is renewed. Provide updates regarding your business growth and success. Make him realize, that Orlando Bizline is the only company that can fulfill the requirements of clients.
The company should create the need to strengthen the relationship between the client and business by renewing the contract. Orlando must arrange a meeting with the client and discuss the issues related to contract renewal. One thing that the company manager should consider is to negotiate the terms and conditions in the proper manner to convince the client. It will not only help in getting the contract renewed but also a lot of misunderstandings among the two groups will be eliminated.
