It is because of this desire that has triggered my ambition to enroll in the MBA program, majoring in Organization Management and Administration Development. I strongly believe that I have a strong background that would allow me to effectively complete the program, having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Administration, in King Abdulaziz University.
Undoubtedly, MBA, Organization Management and Administration, program is currently offered in various higher institutions of learning in the country as well as abroad. Furthermore, I took the initiative of visiting Albers School of Business and Economics, and had an experience of what it means a student in this Seattle University. I had an opportunity to speak to the Dean of Student, and the reception and response I got was amazing. In Seattle University, the relationship between students and administrators goes beyond academics. I noted the Dean spoke to student, not as if she was just a random number in a sea of students, but as a close friend or family member. Besides, the Dean took time to respond to questions thoroughly. Moreover, I had an opportunity to go around the campus and lecture halls. I was convinced that the campus has the required facilities for students to excel in their programs. The library is well stocked with the necessary materials and technology to enhance research and personal studies among the students.
I know that venturing into a new environment always results in various challenges. As such, I anticipate some emotional, social and academic challenges; especially considering I completed my undergraduate degree in a different university which had its own unique culture. The academic challenges such as coping with the new teaching methods used by the professors, conceptualizing the various types of assessment procedures, working myself round the volume and pace of the workload, and learning how to study independently will be inevitable. In addition I am accurate, logical, flexible, trustworthy, adaptable, competitive, enterprising, quick thinker and analytical. All these are important skills that allow me to deal with various people within and outside the workplace. The skills tend to define how I relate to other people that I interact with under different circumstances. I am also creative, achiever, practical, agile mind, and problem-solver; which are important skills that would come in handy especially in the course of my study in the advanced MBA program.
