The product that I will be presenting today is Energy Fizz. Energy Fizz is a unique and tasty flavored beverage that along with several of its competitors are in high demand. With that being said the beverage industry is a niche that constantly increases and is rarely threatened with the decline in profitable margins. This plan is focused on presenting a feasible business plan that is geared towards attracting vivid soda drinkers, and entering into the beverage market with a new and refreshing idea.
Company Description
Energy Fizz in a United States based organization that focus on the distribution of beverages to conscious and healthy people. The beverage made by the organization are offered in three unique differentiations that include regular, reduced, and sugar free. By offering three different variations the organization is ensuring that customers needs and wants are adhered to, while concurrently increasing and expanding business to gain a larger market share.
Industry Analysis
The strength of the brand will be the driving factor in advertisement that focuses on their target market which is college students and young adults. Another method to capture the support and audience of the aforementioned target market is to offer attractive packaging. Attractive packaging will consists of graffiti writing, popular décor, and bright and inviting colors. In other words we are saying drink Energy Fizz and you are cool and with the in crowd.
Market Analysis
People are now utilizing soft drinks as their appetite and consumption of soft drinks was increased by two to three percent in 2015.
With intense competition, the primary goal is to supply high-quality product that will be easier to attract new and existing customers towards the product.
Part of the method of entering and penetrating the beverage market is by using sports star and athletes to illustrate the benefits and desire of someone that the target population admires or supports heavily. Athletes are a group of persons who desires, workout routine, physical lives require them to push through pain, and use their athletic skills to win games, practice, and lead healthy lives. As part of this routine why not indulge in an organic energy drink like your favorite athlete and you will be as fast, powerful, strong, and athletic.
One limitation with Energy Fizz is ingredients that have been deemed as harmful to children and youth. It is necessary to increase competition by including ingredients that make healthier choices for people.

The research and development department will focus on all news relate to products and the market that Energy Fizz produces to ensure that the organization is adhering to its promises to the beverage drinker that the ingredients that are used in Energy Fizz product are organic and meet the company’s claims.

The distribution channels offer different versions of of the beverages that are produced. The packing options are aluminum cans and botles(8 and 16 ounces). . Three types of distribution channels are used by the company: food service, take home and convenience. The take home route is a wide network that consists of regional and grocery regional stores, warehouse and mass-merchandise stores as well as dollar and wholesaler stores.
Expansion Plan
It is the key that the brand finds an effective way to get the product into the hands of consumers.
If the distribution is insufficient to the sales goals, or if demand is below the needed level to grow the business it could spell disaster for the young brand.
