Upon the approval of this company, Holcim Company should go ahead and ensure that the involved parties within the organization have been notified of this new change. Therefore, the entire organization should be involved in this decision where their feedback will be used to determine the direction to be taken during the implementation of this plan.
Negotiations of how the partnership will be carried should be done to ensure that the two companies are in good terms in executing this strategy.
