Introduction
Contemporary work setting has become increasingly competitive. With more graduates entering the work force, employers are more disconcerting in selecting the most qualified candidates based on a set of criteria which ensures attaining the organizations’ goals. The current discourse hereby aims to present a personal marketing plan which would highlight one’s strengths and competencies, as well as assist in focusing on one’s career in preparation for entering the placement process. To do this, the plan would present a situational analysis which would identify distinctive competencies, the objective in one’s career, the target market, a positioning statement, marketing mix, and action plan.

Demonstrated exemplary prowess to have been successfully placed in ExxonMobile-related companies through Kelly Services, one of the most prestigious organizations in contemporary times.
More than 11 years of work experience with Oracle as a Facilities Coordinator exemplified core competencies and expertise in the specific field of endeavor.
Gaining an Associate Degree from the Fort Hays State University (FHSU) is a significant accomplishment essential for continued professional growth.
Accomplishments
Surpassed personal expectations for academic accomplishments in terms of attaining above average ratings in major course modules.
Aside from above average academic ratings, one was able to merge extra-curricular activities which enabled gaining balanced knowledge in educational spheres.

Strengths were exhibited in terms of organizing one’s responsibilities to ensure that tasks are accomplished within pre-defined time frames. Likewise, there are strengths in terms of exhibiting effective communication, as well as showcasing customer service skills and interpersonal skills. On the other hand, there are still weaknesses in terms of manifesting problem-solving and decision-making skills, which were usually applied by one’s superiors. As such, there are still opportunities for developing leadership skills, conflict-negotiating skills, as well as decision-making skills. Finally, there could be imminent threats from graduates sharing similar qualifications and competencies. As such, from the results of the SWOT analysis, the experience gained from past work provided plus factors and competitive advantages over other possible candidates for similar positions. The strengths provide core competencies that highlight one’s abilities to do assigned responsibilities in the most effective manner.
Objective
One’s long-term career objective is to obtain an administrative support position in a progressive or global organization which would provide greater opportunities for professional advancement and growth. One intends to continue working in Oracle but advance in position through the organizational hierarchy.

Oracle is the target employer and eventually could transfer to other global organizations like Apple, Inc. or Microsoft. With the current position of Facilities Coordinator, one intends to eventually assume supervisory or managerial positions.
