Organization is a place wherein people belong to different demographics work together merely for the achievement for a single and pre-specified goal in particular. Apart from this definition, there is yet another important definition of organization, which shows that, a place wherein number of departments work together to enable an organization in achieving their goals. Among these departments, the name of Human Resources (HR) department is one of them . HR department is one of those departments which usually associated with the issues of the employees. Apart from Hiring and Firing, HR department also responsible for managing the workforce of a company and to get them focus on their work. The main purpose of this article is to identify the main issues and challenges related to HR. Meghan M, Biro, identify different things which lead to increase the issues and challenges related to the HR and Human Resources Management (HRM). There are certain possibilities have been highlighted in this particular article due to which challenges would have been considered in the department of Human Resources
The Key Question that the author (s) has addressed is how to overcome on the issues and challenges pertain to the HR department. The Author has identified many options to overcome over the issues relating to the Human Resources Department
The Most Important Information in the article is that there are certain aspects which have to be considered by an organization to overcome on some of the major issues pertain to HR department of an organization. Some of these major issues are relations of the employees with the management, pay related performance and transparency in hiring and firing process.
The Main point of View presented in the article is that the management has to play their role as far as enhancing the relationship among their employees is concerned. There is an important tool which should have been taken by the organizations to assess the feasibility which is known as Management Bi Objectives (MBO), in which employees would get participated in the entire decision making stance of the company.

Compensation & benefits, Employees relations and performance management are some of the major things which have to be considered by an organization to overcome on the challenges of HR.
The main conclusion in this article is to how organizations can overcome on the challenges relating to HR. From the conclusion, it is found that by having effective relationship among the management and employees, organizations can overcome on the challenges accordingly and can enhance their productivity.
