Sociology revolves around intelligence, thought and language. In which the procedure of thinking involves elements of cognitive process that lead to the internal manipulation of ideas and thoughts. Also, this cognition related to all forms of thought. Through this thought process of the cognitive structure help individual to solve the problem using tools of communication to interact with others, categorizing and classifying, problems solutions and making decisions. Whereas the language, plays a big role in sociology through providing communication systems. The arbitrary symbols will help to convey the meaning of the message delivered through communication. There are three aspects that are considered for language system. These aspects are phonology, syntax and semantics.
How does intelligence play its role in sociology? The intellectual capacity is known as intelligence. According to psychologist’s viewpoint, there are few ways to check the intelligence level that are mental test performance and help in adopting ever-changing environments. Researchers have found three basic problems that are faced in intelligence are concept, individual difference measurement and intelligence discovery.
Further, psychologist said that there are seven primary abilities present in a hierarchical model. These seven abilities are verbal comprehension, numerical ability, verbal fluency, spatial ability, reasoning, perceptual speed and memory. The major impact also take place through hierarchical ideas that are seven factors essence and are part of abilities.
The three major elements to test good intelligence are validity, reliability and standardization. Further, it is to understand that a sociology is also lead through language, which can be product of genes or experience that develop in a human. Many psychologists talk about whether the language has a bigger impact on the communication with different and new combination of symbols to learn from it.
