Proposal to Mc Donald’s
We at Pepsi Company believe that we have the best to offer in beverage supplying. According to the requirements, we supply the best beverages and at a very reasonable price. We have the necessary resources, and the personnel to do the transportation.
We considered the RFP (Request For Proposal) that Mc Donald`s presented, and realized that the sales you presented are in line with our goals and the financial budget presently of Pepsi Company. If awarded the contract, the scope of production of the beverages crucial to supply Mc Donald`s is within our range of supplies and resources necessary to complete the project (Sant 56).
We understand that we are needed to present a program that is client-oriented, we considered the operating policies of Mc Donald`s its management philosophies. This company is conscious that there have been attempts made by our competitors to reach the goals.
The competition available to Mc Donald`s has been there for a while, and Pepsi Company would like to be a part of Mc Donald`s that is going to assist in the competitive service provision. The goal is to achieve a much higher consumer service levels. The necessary actions are integrating the management processes of our companies to increase the productivity of the service and product based sales.
Pricing strategies necessary in the process is one that will be client oriented to increase the clients and collapse the competitors. The best strategy that we propose will capture the market totally and raise the stakes for the competitors. The strategy is market penetration. It discourages any other competition from joining the market and sets the market value of the beverage product such that competition eventually draws out (Murray 302).
The best methodology is customer based and currently in our proposed plan. The Pepsi Company offers research done by our experts demographically. Product based custom building bases itself on every restaurant by the Mc Donald`s as we considered in our plan, and also price oriented beverages that are relatively reasonable and within the goal reach (Lewis 25).
The cost-oriented customer services, and the benefits that we propose have been thoroughly analyzed and were custom built to succeed. We have considered the resources that we are capable of producing, and in addition, the services that will remain provided by the Mc Donald`s company using our products.
The time needed for all the products to be available to prevent shortcoming has remained covered by our supplying portfolio. Time has been well-thought of and considered in our beverage supplying project. The resources required to deliver the required beverage products will be done by our company because we have the necessary resources to refrigerate the beverages.
The benefit that we propose and fit for Mc Donald`s according to the RFT is one that bases itself on the pricing of the beverage products requested. The planned purpose eliminates the competition, and eventually, bring more consumers to Mc Donald`s.
As Pepsi Company, we specialize in beverage production for a protracted time. We solely believe that the problem of competition is going to go away as we provide the best, and very effective reasonable pricing for Mc Donald`s consumers. We offer best marketing platforms that stand out, and increase product sales for Pepsi, and believe that the same marketing strategy capabilities work for Mc Donald`s.
What Mc Donald`s need in the beverage sales today is a company that is capable of producing beverages that are cost effective, beverages that are in demand by the consumers at Mc Donald`s. According to competition present Mc Donald`s needs strategies that capture a large market segment and increase the revenues that are due.
The strategies presented by Pepsi Company intend to increase sales and lower competition. The financial information based on beverages from the Company is brand oriented and, therefore, the best for the Mc Donald`s business. We provide a campaign that is considerate of the fact that the beverages are going to be at a reasonable price.
The idea in place is to promote the beverage sales, and also, solicit a response from the consumers. The Mc Donald`s business is going to benefit from giving us a contract, and increased sales from their restaurants. Reduction of the competition is because of the pricing strategy we use to increase the sales.
Flexibility in the pricing issues is necessary in order to shift with the consumers in case of competition based on much lower prices than the ones that we provide. The purpose of a flexible pricing strategy is the fact that Mc Donald`s can bring in offers that will capture the markets and increase the market sales. This process can be achieved by implementing ideas that are offer-oriented to increase sales (Murray 266).
This process will empower the company to increase the sales during the offer periods and lower them when the competition has an offer going. The main purpose is to keep the customers from buying the beverages from the competition and improving the range of products by implementing change based on customer feedback.
