Management decision problem: to develop a management system that provides a networking interface for the staff in a company set up.
Research objectives: To improve the efficiency and affectivity of work among the staff, to increase the level of accountability at the workplaces, to unite the management and the stuff together, to increase the efficiency of communication in the company, to improve on time management among the general staff
Hypothesis; companies experience a lot of communication problems that comes because of inadequate communication systems in the firm. Therefore as a means to improve on the team spirit and time management, it is therefore very important to develop a communication network that the staff can always use to actually communicate from their convenience web in the company.
The significance of the study: at the end of this study, there should be an increased level of productivity in the company set up since the communication system shall be highly effective and efficient. This shall also improve on the management of the stuff since the management team shall be having an easier way of supervising and passing information to the staff.

Research Design: the research shall be done by conducting a survey to the companies us the same network systems. The second research method shall be to use questionnaires to get the general view of different firms on the same topic.
Analysis of data: data collected shall be analyzed by the use of the standards of measurements to find the average, mean, the standard deviations, etc. The general attitude of the people shall also be used in the analysis.
Time and cost requirements: the cost required for this project shall be the cost of purchasing new computers, the cost involved in network installation and the general renovation of the offices. This should take a period of three months.
