There are diverse organizational factors that should be considered and researched upon before planning and implementing a SAP-HCM. This is for the key reason to ensure that the change process is suitable to all the members of the organization. Some of the factors to be considered encompass of financial status of the organization. Before implementing change in an organization, the association should have enough funds to enable the change process to take place. Without enough capital, an organization might experience various problems in implementing the change process.
Another factor to consider before implementing change in an organization encompasses the workforce necessary for implementing change. Change is a simultaneous process that should be cooperated with consciousness among the employees. Therefore, the required workforce should be implemented to ensure that the process is well established in all the members of the organization.

The key relationship between the job, task, position and organizational units in a SAP-HCM is that they are all undertaken by the employees who are the members of the organization. The main function of an employee in an organization is to perform all the functions and duties required by the employer. The roles and duties to be accomplished are referred to as tasks. The tasks can only be performed if the employee has a position in the organization and therefore assigned a defined task also termed as a job.
Unlike jobs in the same organization are referred to as organization units that should be accomplished by the employees. Therefore for various employees in an organization to work in unison and partnership to accomplish the same task, they require to have the same talent and qualifications. The diverse techniques required for the tasks can be implemented in the employees through the SAP-HCM. For instance, in an organization, a single task can be accomplished by different employees.

A report is a document that is compiled by Human resource manager concerning the general performance of an organization. While a standard report encompasses the performance and the areas to be implemented in the organization to ensure that the association functions appropriately. A standard report is usually delivered to the management of the organization to be implemented in the working system.
b) This semester we have discussed the transformation of HR from an administrative role into a more strategic role. What level of reporting are standard reports used for?
Standard reports are used in this strategic level by the Human resource manager to ensure that all the members of organization are capable of delivering the quality work that is required by the employer.
c) Provide an example of a standard report, describing how it could be used.
A standard report can be used to describe the challenges that the members of the organization are facing. The standard report can used to express the changes that should be implemented into the organization to ensure that all the members of the organization are comfortable. The standard report is usually delivered to the management to ensure that the proposed issues are resolved by the employer.
4. What is a business process? Describe or illustrate a SAP-HCM business process.
A business process can be referred to as the process by which related tasks and activities that are similar of function together to ensure that specific products or service is obtained. This is mainly achieved mostly to satisfy the demands or needs of either the customers or the client. An SAP-HCM business process is an incorporated talent management procedure that enables the employer to obtain appropriate candidates and develop the talent of the employees to ensure that they perform to the expected levels.
5. What data is collected during the recruitment process? How would this be used to select the most suitable candidate for a position?
During the recruitment procedure, diverse information is collected form the candidate applying for any given job. Some of the vital data that is collected form the candidate during the process of recruitment encompass of work experience, number working years in the profession and personal information.
The data collected is vital basing on the fact that it gives more detailed concerning the profession of the candidate. These data also gives an overview of the determination and potential capability of the candidate thus making it very simple for the Human Resource manager to select the best candidate for the task.

Do you think the SAP “enhancement package” would have prevented the delays in the Pennsylvania project? Give reasons why/why not?
Basing on my opinion, the SAP “enhancement package” would have prevented the delays in the Pennsylvanian project. This is for the key reason that the SAP “enhancement package” gives strategic measures that should be keenly adhered to by the Human Resource Manager. For instance, planning is one of the factors that should the SAP “enhancement package” offers to the HRM. Through planning, enough time would have been allocated for the Pennsylvania project thus reducing the delay.
The issues payroll implementation problems would be solved if the the SAP “enhancement package” was used by the Human resource manager to implement change in the organization. Through the use of the SAP “enhancement package”, various problems affecting the employees and management of the organization would be avoided. For instance, the problem of limited time would be solved since enough time would be allocated during the planning process. The allocated time would be enough to accommodate all the processes that would be expected to be accomplished.
The poor implementation negatively affects the organization and the employees in the sense that the assigned duties and roles were not accomplished on time. This delayed the tasks hence affecting the expectation of the organization. For this reason, the organization incurred losses because of poor work performance. The employees were also affected in the manner that the payment delayed. This caused in convince in the awaited duties and roles that were yet to be performed.
