The venture will aim at providing educational services to children who do not have the ability to raise school fees. Upon its completion the institution will impact positively to the society with engaging in society empowerment activities like community games and activities. Additionally, the institution will provide a route at which people will be able to get employment at the institutions. Above all the visions in the company, the institution seeks to establish itself as a stable business enterprise. With most of its profits used to develop the society, the institution seeks to capture the attention and interest of its target market.
The mission
The institution is based in the Republic of South Africa. Its greatest objective would be to expand the opportunities to success across Africa. The venture ensures this by providing the most affordable education to areas which are in dire need for education. The education provided by the venture is affordable and often best quality. With many organizations in the same market, the venture aims at attaining a great complete advantage over its competitors. The fact that the venture is more concerned more in developing the society; it has gone a long way insuring the venture attains a great consumer base.
In terms of technology the institution has incorporated the use of state of the art facilities like computers to ensure the level of education provided matches international standards. The source of finance of the institution is generated from donations from international bodies. However, the most funds re generated from fees collected from students.
The values
The relationship between the institution and the public is mutual relationship. The institution needs the human population for its success while the customers need the institution you empower the society. The main values of this institution are to ensure Africa is exposed to a large market base and success opportunities.
The objectives
In referring to the above analysis, the main objective of the institution is to empower the African community. The institution aims at having a large market base by the end of two financial years. With the large market base, the venture will be able to raise enough funds to finance its communal projects. Additionally, the venture aims at providing folks with a desperate need for a descent income in society. Regardless of the low salary the venture offers to the employees, these minimal incentives would go a long way in eradicating poverty in the beneficiary communities.
The strategies
The first strategy would be to locate the best communities in which to set up the venture. The community should be one that has been deprived form the basic education. Secondly, the organization aims at finding less demanding employees who may feel comfortable with minimal incentives before their venture is fully functional. This is aimed at reducing the expenditure costs of the organization. Additionally, the income in the first financial years would be used for developing the internal infrastructure of the organization. The next face expenditure would be developing communities as in the initial plan.
The goals
One main goal of the institution would be to enroll maximum students in its facilities or at least students enrolled should fill up 75 percent of the whole facility. The financial goals of the venture would be to have an income that would more than the expenditure used in launching the organization. In subsequent years profit levels would be measured in terms of how effective the operations and marketing strategies of the venture are.
The programs
The programs needed for implementation of the strategies in the plan should be based on a fixed budget: a budget that would ensure that there would be no misuse of resource and funds. Apart from the budget, all strategies should be implemented within a required timeline. Additionally, the institution should develop programs that would enable and foresee the achievements of performance targets.
