For this topic, the paper will focus on the creation of the SEC and the impact that this has had on the markets that it oversees in light of globalization within the modern economy. In particular, the goal will be to establish the major impacts that have occurred in regards to globalization due to the fact that these regulations were implemented. Through analysis of these proposed changes a better understanding of how the SEC will hope to face expected changes can be established. The essay will present an overview of the various hot issues that are of major consideration to the SEC and its practices in the present day. Will also present an analysis of the underlying trends and developments that are projected to be expected in the future.
