According to the data received from watching the video and reviewing the article on this topic we are to give the definition of the sharing economy and articulate its main features from the management point of view. In general the sharing economy may be described as new model of economy that is based on the peer-to-peer relations of different economic actors working under the common legal framework. Sharing economy brings back the human connection to the sphere of economic transactions that used to be rather impersonal isolated field. Within the sharing economy the individuals may borrow or rent resources borrowed by someone else. The sharing economy is started to be implemented now but not ten years ago due to the occurring of the new innovative technologies that makes such implementation possible. From the managing perspective the main problem of the mesh economy lies within the regulatory uncertainty. The rental services offered by the businesses are regulated by authorities of different levels. Due to this reason the unlicensed providers of the sharing services are in more beneficial position. They can charge lower prices and be more competitive than legal providers. It is the basic issue confronting organizations. That is why the controlling aspect of management may influence the way of business organizing significantly.
The article points out the main features and the main competitive advantageous of the software created by BetterWorks. This software combines the aspects of the social media, video games and fitness tracking. This system is aimed at providing the higher level of the engagement of employees. This software can also be applied to the setting long- and short-term goals that are available to be commented by each worker registered in the system. The employers tend to follow the rules better due to the software. To my point of view the software can be successfully within the industries where the corporate environment enables free atmosphere for increasing productivity of workers such as IT-sphere, consulting companies etc. At the same time the implementation of this software is likely to fail in the traditional industry with aged workers who have rather conservative vision of the working process and do not play computer games. While choosing the place to work I will analyze the ways of betterment of the corporate environment applied by the company. The implementation of this software will be the sign of that the company treats its workers and use innovative ways of increasing the productivity. But before making the final choice I will pay attention to salary and opportunities for personal growth, so this software will have limited impact on my choice. The video reviews the innovative software used by employers in future in general and the article points out the particular software. These two sources do not contradict.
Disruptive innovation may be defined as the innovation that creates new market or values that are different to the existing ones. Not all innovations are disruptive. The innovation of online retailer shops such as Polypore has disrupted the traditional retailing system. It is an example of the disruptive innovation in the fashion industry.

4. There are five important managing conflict techniques. Forcing means affirmation of the ideas despite the resistance of individual. Collaborating is aimed at the finding the win-win solution but it is rather attempt to find consent. Compromising is finding mutually accepted by all parties solution. Withdrawing means the avoiding of the conflict where it is possible. Smoothing means the accommodation of the point of view of the other person rather than the own concerns. In my personal living I try to use compromising. Yesterday I had a meeting with my friend whose ideas were rather contradictory to my visions, but to avoid conflict we found mutually accepted compromise. At the same time once at my work to avoid the conflict with boss I used smoothing due to the fact that the outcomes will be really negative.
5. The thing of my life I want to change is my haircut. The forces for change are fashion tendencies articulated by mass-media. The forces preserving status-quo are introduced by my parent’s refusal to support my vision due to the traditional approach. To overcome the forces preserving status-quo I buy some popular magazines and show some videos for my parents to ensure that they are wrong.
