In addition, given the fact that I performed well in class, then Paul knew that I could help him
- What behaviors helped supported your mentoring capabilities?At the start of the conversation, I was very keen and attentive while listening to Paul’s issues. Moreover, the ability to communicate effectively was very useful in ensuring that the student gets the ideas as I intended.
