The concept of massive incarceration and making of the citizenry has become rather prevalent within societies throughout the globe especially within the United States. For years, Africans, primarily males, have endured and suffered the wrath of unbeknown acts, trickery and ploys of blame from situations within the work place that did pertain to them, as well as fictitious rape cases that of which was the most common. Unfortunately, these particular heinous acts still exist but within a new society and a new America. This is known to be one of the unhappiest ironies within the last period that inside of an age group of winning the War, Cold War, in that the America currently effortlessly exceeds previous socialist nations in its readiness to incarcerate its general public .
African American males within each age bracket are nine to ten times more likely than the Caucasian equivalents to be incarcerated, while the concentrations in countless poor municipal centers resemble participation within the public school systems. Particularly, the racial element that leads to imprisonment consumes no model in the United States past; regardless of the nation's challenging past concerning oppression and apartheid. They were enduring the biases that did not apply to them, unreasonably stopped and frisked by the police, shuttled into the prisons for minor, non-violent wrongdoings only to be transported into some newfangled prison.
Such laws were seemingly a ploy to hinder the African American male and females that of which branded the African American male as a mere criminal – outlawing him enough to strip away his rights, the behooving rights and relegating them to a second class status. Such laws would comprise voting, rights to serve upon jury, rights of freedom, rights of employment, rights of housing and the freedom of attending college, along with the right to public benefits - all of the older forms of discrimination that should not even exist .
