There are different types of medical office software. These include Kareo, LeonardoMD Renaissance, Clictate, InSync, Futura O&P Practise Management, and DuxWare. DuxWare was developed in such a way that it favours all types of medical offices that are small or large. In addition, it facilitates current and future requirements of medical offices. Medical officers who use DuxWare include neuro surgeons, paediatricians, sleep specialists, and physicians. DuxWare is used in medical billing, maintaining patients` records, physician and patient scheduling, online code setting, and managing patients` claims. On the other hand Kareo is a type of medical office software that is used confirming insurance, developing customized reports, managing delinquent accounts, patient scheduling, processing collections, and maintaining patients` records. Firstly, in comparison, it is clear that both DuxWare and Kareo are used for billing purposes, generating reports and maintaining patients` records. However, DuxWare is used in both small and large medical offices. This is unlike Kareo which serves better in a small medical office. Secondly, both DuxWare and Kareo are used by different types of medical practitioners. This feature makes Kareo and DuxWare very popular across all fields in medicine at large. In addition, both DuxWare and Kareo were developed by Practise Management System, Inc. Practise Management System; Inc. is a renowned software developing company. Thirdly, DuxWare is safe, simple and secure. It is also famous for its` compatibility with various computers. On the other hand, Kareo is deemed to be a fantastic application that provides an elaborate tutorial. The step to step tutorial ensures a smooth navigation by the users of Kareo. As such, it is clear that both DuxWare and Kareo are easy to use.
I would choose DuxWare over Kareo due to numerous reasons. Firstly, DuxWare is able to perform more functions than Kareo. DuxWare perform functions that range from medical billing, maintaining patients` records, physician and patient scheduling, online code setting to managing patients` claims. On the other hand, Kareo performs functions such as confirming insurance, developing customized reports, managing delinquent accounts, patient scheduling, processing collections, and maintaining patients` record. Therefore, DuxWare will enable me to perform more functions as compared to Kareo. Secondly, I would choose DuxWare to Kareo due to its` ability to work with various computers. The world is dynamic in nature. There is a need for flexibility which is posed by DuxWare in its` ability to work with any computer. Thirdly, I will choose DuxWare over Kareo since it is applicable to any kind of medical office. DuxWare can be used in both small and large medical offices. It can also be used to meet both current and future needs of a medical office. In conclusion, DuxWare is better than Kareo due to the unique features it possesses.
