Central Idea: As I was growing up, I wanted to a rapper as I was mad about music and songs; I imagined myself to be this famous rap artist who is lauded all over the world. I also wanted to be a chef. I love food and I would imagine cooking great cuisines and being famous for that.

Hello, I am YOUR NAME. Today, I would like to share with you people how I dreamt to be a rapper when I was a child. Every child has dreams and they envisage many things as they grow up. For me, becoming a rapper was the best thing that could happen in my entire life. I nurtured another dream of becoming a chef when I would grow up. I love food and this made me exuberant about this dream of mine.
Preview your main points: I would imagine myself rapping on the dais while thousands of people would cheer for me or I would envisage myself as the world famous chef; I felt like being in paradise.
Connective: I had goose bumps in the thrill as I imagined myself perform on the stage or imagined people appreciating my great culinary skills as a chef.

Main point 1: I am in love with rap music. I wanted to be like my idols of music.
I spent a lot of time listening to rap music and thought I could do great rapping myself. I would practice day in and day out in my room. (Study.com., n.d.)
I wanted to be on the stage. It had something enigmatic and scintillating about it that attracted me. I wanted to be the one who would make people go gaga over the music. I knew I could do great.
I remember practicing the raps of other singers. I even tried to pen lyrics on my own, I can recall. I would be awake all night writing the lyrics of a new song. I guess, you can hardly sleep when you have your eyes gleaming with the ultimate dream of your life during your childhood. Those were the days! (Plasticlittleraps, n.d.)
Connective: The only other thing that made me imagine so much was being a chef as I grew up.
Main point 2: I believed that cooking good food is one of the best forms of art, and being a lover of tasty food, I wanted to be the one cooking those dishes!
I would practice my hand at cooking as I grew up. Yes, I did take some help from my mother! I made pizza, lasagna, and so many other things! I call still recall the tasty things I made! My parents would love to have the food made by me.
I thought of attending professional course to get myself trained in the field of work. I would imagine many people coming up to me and congratulating me for being such a great cook. (Study.com, n.d.)
I would wear the apron and run to the kitchen to practice cooking. I would spend hours trying to do everything as good as possible.
Connective: Now, when I look back, I realize the worth of the childhood dreams in our lives.
Conclusion
Music and Culinary activities are the two things that need great skill and practice. I was ready to go the extra mile to rap, to cook, to fulfill my dreams of life. I lived in my world of dreams!
I truly believe the time is now! Maybe those dreams are to be realized! I am still ready to go that extra mile, remember!
