Assignment 3: Staffing Your Intrapreneurship Plan
Introduction
Collaborative learning has become a common trend in multiple universities due to enhanced diversity in the result of globalization. Diverse universities offer collaborative online learning opportunities to corporate students who cannot afford to participate in full-time learning process due to lack of the time and increased responsibilities. In assignment two, the intrapreneurship plan of introducing collaborative online learning was proposed. This assignment is the continuation of assignment to and staffing plan for the proposed collaborative online learning has been proposed in this assignment.
The most appropriate to support intrapreneur idea.
In multiple conventional institutions of higher education, an individual instructor completes a collaborative course development and design. Based on the knowledge of the subject these instructors outline their course (Chao, Saj & Hamilton, 2010). However, in collaborative learning environment technical personnel and instructional designer take part in the development and designing of collaborative course through taking help from instructors’ expertise. For quality online learning, the institution will require instructional design experts who also have the technical knowledge and subject knowledge. The team will include instructors who have high command on their subjects and support staff that can provide support to corporate students when they are not in university. The team will include a leader that can evaluate the progress of online collaborative learning. The university will make sure that the team includes lecturers that have high skills of oral, written, formal and informal communication so they can maintain healthy environment during collaborative learning (Boone & Kurtz, 2011). After selecting the team members, responsibilities to each team member will be assigned, and each team member will be liable to accept the responsibilities and authorities of other team members (Boone & Kurtz, 2011). The overall process with a clear description of responsibilities will allow the team to perform better and get expected outcomes.
Internal and external recruitment methods for the selection of team members
For teaching purpose, lecturers will be recruited from inside the organization. For internal recruitment or attracting internal employees for virtual teaching, diverse methods of internal recruitment will be used that will include job posting, Job bidding, and employee referrals. Through job posting employees will be assured that the job opening is available, and job billing is a process that encourages existing employee, who believe that they have right skills, to apply for the job. Employee referral refers when an employee mention someone for recruitment because of required skills (Boone & Kurtz, 2011).
However, further talent will be recruited through external recruitment that can provide help to students and work as support staff. Technical instructors will also be recruited externally. For external recruitment, hiring consultants will be contacted, and posts will be advertised through printing media and internet with the purpose of reaching a wider audience. It will be make sure that the pool of candidate is diverse so the team is made up of diverse lecturers that can communicate with diverse students (Boone & Kurtz, 2011).
Identification of key positions for leading team
For leading the team, it is essential that a team include a leader that can assist and guide. The team will include technical personnel, instructional designer, and teachers.

The aim of this assignment was to offer staffing plan for Intrapreneurship Plan. The plan highlights positions for the collaborative online course and job requirements for these positions.
