Starting My Own Business; How I Am Going To Motivate My Employees Essay Samples

Having a good culture to work in and good bosses to guide you through your challenges of the day-to-day professional lives is a dream of every single employee and having that type of environment would motivate every individual towards motivation and the will to drive the company towards success. These are qualities that the companies like Google, Apple and Facebook have accomplished and because of these qualities, employees strive to become part of the workforce of these very successful corporations.
So when I get to starting my own Company one day, there is a picture in my mind of what my employees are going to be like. I want to hire people who have the ability to think outside the box and encourage creativity in their own work and also in that of their team members. I want for my employees to be team players and for them to have the ability to work in groups rather than in solitude.
Having interned for an organization which has been driven towards the maximization of profits and nothing else, I also realize a few mistakes that I do not want to make for my own company. I want for my employees to be well compensated for their efforts so that they would not have to worry about personal problems and could concentrate their full energies on work. I would also like for my employees to work proper hours so that working for the company does not become a choice between career and the family.
Employees are a very central part of a business’s success, and their mental state, therefore, matters at every point in the company’s lifetime. This is why my employees will be my Company’s greatest asset, and their growth is going to remain my first and foremost priority.
