Introduction: Public safety is an important factor in a society. There are some strategies to follow in order to ensure the public safety. The strategies require the participation and management of all public, private and non-profit sectors in a way that will ensure the strategic operations in order to ensure the safety. The fire department is one of the major sectors that requires strategic management in order to respond on time. The combination of workflow performed by different sector can be helpful for successful operations in order to maintain prompt response at any event in order to ensure the safety (Busch & Givens, 2012).
Objective of the study: Every research has a specific objective. The main motive of this study is to perform research for risk assessment and strategic operations in order to ensure public safety. The public safety can be ensured by the development of short and long term plan. For focusing the future scenario of public safety different tools and model will be used. The research will focus on operational and strategic in different way in order to suggest a better policy.
Summary: The study will be conducted to focus on long term strategic plans for public safety. The long term activities and plans will be identified and the effect of the plans will be discovered by observing population and analyzing them with a hypothesis or a test for public safety. Strategic plan will try to focus current plans and focus on how to improve the plans of public safety through private, public or non-profitable sectors. The paper will use strategic management techniques in order to prepare plan for risk management operations and other relevant operations that are related to safety. Cultural organization can also contribute to manage public safety. The components of cultural organization may affect the activities of planning of public safety positively. The research will also focus on cultural organizations and social awareness in order to come up with successful plan.
