Accomplishing the goals is critical as it ensures an understanding of how the organizations are structured which, will inform an understanding of the operations that will contribute to success in business management. Accomplishing of the objectives will ensure the ability to analyze different business situations and position the companies to gain competitive advantage. The achievement of the objectives enables the business managers to align the financial performances of the business with the market realities to create products that address the special needs of the customers (Van Wijngaarden, Scholten, & van Wijk, 2012). Accomplishing the objectives further ensures that the business managers are able to effectively communicate with the employees, customers and the entire set of the stakeholders as a way to enhance the objectives of the organizations.
Through the accomplishment of the set goals, the business managers will be in a position to professional ethics in the management of the organization's which improves the business environment for all. A manager who has not mastered the objectives may not be able to position the businesses to gain competitive advantages in the market. Such candidates may introduce duplicating functions which are inefficient and costly to the organization. Lack of mastery of the objectives will deny the manager the ability to critically analyze business situations and hence lack the capacity to organize the products and services in tandem with the existing customer base (Swayne, Duncan, & Ginter, 2012). The anger will also lack the appropriate negotiating skills which is crucial for mangers to engage the stakeholders in the introduction of new products or services within the organization (Leape, et al.2009). Overall the manger will be ill prepared to manage an organization with complex structures or organization due to lack of the necessary knowledge and skills.

In carrying out the research, the qualitative and the quantitative process of study will be applied. The qualitative research process involves the use of the questionnaire and the interviews to gather management information. The quantitative process involves the use of the available management data to answer management questions. The identification of the research findings will be achieved through the use of the reliable sampling techniques with the use of the dependent and the independent variables that are relevant to the management research question. An analysis of the acquired data will provide outcomes that will be subject to interpretation leading to the construction of decisions vital for the management of the organization. The analysis will involve the application of the statistical and mathematical skills for the effective conclusion of the information achieved from the research.

On the other hand, the weaknesses include the existence of an increasing number of the patients. The project has also enabled me to improve the communication techniques as it provided the opportunity for interaction and explanations. The project and the discussion also contributed a lot to the understanding the plans that are critical to the improvement of the business performance. The participation in the object provided an opportunity to listen to the insights from the peers on the global business organization which is crucial in promoting the business management approaches. The participation in the project enhanced the research skills that will influence future undertakings in similar processes.

The competencies will also be critical in capacity building to improve the analysis of the business situations with the objective to introduce the desired change. The knowledge will be crucial in understanding the influence of the government policies in the management of the organizations. The competencies are essential to offer the necessary information to know how to interact with the organizational stakeholders which are important in the management career.
