The procedure above will require a mixture of several other facilitating aspects of a good team which is well represented, good access to information, and time commitment.
Business health diagnosis is the initial strategy to any business growth that has thrived before, for Infoage Solutions well target on understanding what kind of service support the business has engaged in for the one year of operation and through a statistical evaluation and a critical look to the same will form a basis of how growth in terms of customer service can be dealt with using new methods. This first strategy also entails measuring how well the performance has been and thus recommending where change is required. Basically the analysis process here will target on marketing and finance as well operations and the human resource in a bid to improve them. This process will be done in a team approach to help dig through the business and give a well outlined process of change.
