Personal Statement
I have been interested in public and administrative work since my early years in school. I believed that I always can find the right way how to deal with arising issues and manage people to act accordingly. I was fascinated about being a leader and making people reach the common goal. Therefore, I decided to follow my vocation and choose Human Resources and Public Administration as my majors.
I got my Bachelor’s degree in Business administration of Human Resources in Saudi Arabia. King Abdulaziz University provided me with great knowledge about management of labor force in business. My Master’s degree I got in the United States. Public administration as my major advanced my leadership skills and taught me public administration. I also volunteered and attended trainings to improve my practical skills both in business and leadership. With this experience in my pocket, I am sure I can combine the best features of both of them and use it for the benefit.
On my education path I happened to see how two absolutely different countries approach the issue of human resources and public administration. Studying abroad made me more open-minded and communicative as well as strengthened my professional skills. I learned how to work with people of different backgrounds which is very helpful at public service.
I believe that Graduate Development Program at Capital Market Authority is a perfect opportunity for me to gain professional skills in the field. The main goal of the program is to support young specialists in human resources and capital market sector that may help to complete their graduation requirements. I expect that GDP at CMA will also offer me great and diverse opportunities for career growth and this will help me define what exactly I want to do in the future.
