Summarized Chapter 1 Book Review Template For Faster Writing

The first chapter of the book describes the Public-Private Partnership or PPP. In this chapter we can find a detailed description of different styles of partnership and the short history of it. Also, the author gives us an idea about types of public infrastructure as it would be easier for the reader to understand elements of Public-Private Partnership.
I think that author gave enough information about the topic and did his best to explain all the key elements. Also, the good idea was to compare different types of Public-Private Partnership with each other. If reader did not understand i from the very beginning, he may find answers on his questions if he reads the chapter till the end. I think that professional language and availability of graphic materials (figures), tables helps to get enough knowledge about PPP.
One thing that did not satisfy me was explanation of abbreviations. It is good when author is prepared for the situation when the reader who is totally new in this topic comes to the book. For the person who does not have knowledge about Public-Private Partnership it may be difficult to get all these abbreviations. And starting from the topic about Power Purchase Agreements we may find a lot of them. When it is explained in the chapter for the first time we can see an explanation, but later on it becomes hard to identify the meaning. It would be good to have some footnotes with explanation of abbreviations. I think that such important topic has to be easy for understanding no matter who is the reader and what educated he has.
