In this way, it becomes possible to get more customers who in turn will give us more clients due to our strength in relationship building.
2. We offer more professional knowledge and better services when compared to our competitors around. This excellent service enables us to attract more customers and reduce the threat posed by the availability of therapists in the area, thereby ensuring that our profitability is not affected.
3. A large number of the current student customers provide us with strength in our marketing strategies. The students have exposure and interact with their college mates. Consequently, they can convince a larger population to join our spa and increase our customer base
4. Constant improvement of our services, together with every Tuesday classes on customer care serves, acts as our strength as we get to analyze customers’ feedbacks. This analysis eventually helps us in ensuring that we focus on the details and expectations of the clients, so that we do not lose potential and existing clients
5. Additionally, our great customer relations assists us in ensuring that we get feedback from as many customers as possible. This reduces the risk of unsatisfied customers holding their dissatisfaction and spreading it to other potential clients. Moreover, our relationship with the clients ensure that we give friendly and professional services that enhance customer’s loyalty
