The business assumes that the current trends on increasing demand for webhosting services from non-technical entrepreneurs will be on the rise.
It is also assumed that customers would also prefer a more interactive domain selling and webhosting platform that allows them to interact more closely with experienced system developers.
It assumes that customers need to get domain names, webhosting, system analysis, and system security all in one basket and are ready to pay a premium for the services.
Needs and Features (that system should satisfy)

Functional requirements:
We need to establish an online customer portal.
The portal should list all the services offered by the company.
The system shall allow customers to register as members and subscribe to the company’s newsletter (voluntary)
The system shall provide prices for all services provided by the company alongside the payment options.
The system shall provide secure interactions between and among customers and allow selling and buying of domains via the platform
The system shall support online chatting and storing of customer records for use in technical support and business development
System requires the creation of a robust database to hold the data collected from all transactions
Non-Functional Requirements
System requires both physical servers and cloud based solutions for the real-time storage, retrieval, and processing of data. The system will include back-up solutions both for customer’s data and the company’s data. A consideration for the red stack hardware option provided by Oracle has been considered as appropriate for the system requirements including the robustness, quality of hardware, and security.
