As a result, I decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development since I am attracted to the functions in does in the realization of organizations objectives and goals, primary among them involving hiring, inducting and training employees, and being engaged in performance issues.
My dream career goal is to be a Director of Recruitment for a visionary company which emphasizes the need for professionalism and guide such firm towards attaining set goals and objectives by employing knowledge garnered in this discipline. Ten years to come, I foresee myself being in this dream position, offering professional advice to ensure that all recruitments processes strive at obtaining the best candidates for various openings. I believe that an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development, perhaps with the further addition of master’s degree in the same, will make me realize this dream.
Some of the greatest attributes that I possess include, being smart, ambitious, inquisitive and hardworking. I always have the willingness to learn new things and appreciate each opportunity for learning new things and traditional ones in different perspectives. I am genuine with a keen interest in others, offering me confidence that HRM is my treading path. Human resource is critical to any company: the absence of people renders organizations non-functional.
As a needy student who only works part-time at Local restaurants near campus to aid my tuition, accommodation and upkeep expenses, TAHRA Scholarship would provide me with a perfect chance to be exceptional and succeed in the realizations of my professional targets. I have been longing to be part of this renowned organization and its programs because of the paramount role it plays in developing HR professionals. Hopefully, I may become a lucky special student. It is with immense appreciation and honor that I tender this humble application for your kind consideration.
