Basing on the fact that teachers need payment according to how many their learners learn there some perspectives to look into this. First, people start their formal education at a very tender age when their minds are almost blank and not ready to absorb anything. The teachers who usually take the responsibility of transforming the minds of these people need to be considered differently from those who teach them at the O-levels. This is the fact we are talking about. At O-levels people the learners at least have a directed mind and will have some idea of what is taking them to school. So at that tender age, the teachers take a lot of time and skills to enable learning to place.
Secondly, there are teachers who teach the high schools and college, these people are learned and do a lot of research to fully give their students what they want. Apart from this the college students learn more now that their mind capacity is large enough to absorb a lot and basing on the fact that they are now mature and can think and absorb a lot of information. These categories of teachers need special consideration in that their learners are too demanding and will need special treatment.
Teachers who handle the post graduate students also should be paid well and need to be treated wisely. Their students are to become the guardians of knowledge in the society. They will have to handle their students with care and with caution in that the nature of information that they deliver to their students are also complex.
Lastly, there are teachers who are in the informal sector and deal with people who we may say need to be illustrated for. Some of these teachers do take risks and therefore there payments should consider this.
