Communication Plan
Dear Members,
Hello members, I take this opportunity to inform you that in pursuing project we will require constantly communicate to ensure efficiency in the way forward. It is worth noting that we are from different regions thus we need to use a common form of communication. I, therefore, propose that we will use emails as a way of sharing information for the project.
Advancement in technology presents us with an opportunity to share information electronically. The use of emails to share information for the project is very simple and convenience to all the members. However, it is worth noting that emails are subject to various issues that we need to consider during our communications (Baguley 178). Fr instance, expression of emotions in the email is one of the key issues that may hinder proper communication between the team. At all times, we need to put our emotions aside as we write our emails to ensure that proper information is shared. Besides, emails are subject to various mistakes that require us to proofread all through after we write to ensure that correct information is disseminated (Lannon and Laura 129).
Furthermore, the differences in culture and language due to our regions may foster various issues when sharing information via the email. I, therefore, request you to use polite language that is easily understandable to every member. It is also important, to use official words rather than informal words in communicating to ensure that every member is comfortable with the information being shared (Stanton 308). It is my hope that every member will adhere to this request to foster efficiency in our operations. In case you have any question, feel free to ask.
Thank you!
