Hello!
I am writing about the negative consumer perception on your pizza. I am new in the area and your pizza was recommended as the best in the area. After the recommendation, I was looking forward to enjoying your products and become one of your loyal customers. My anxiety drove me to order for the large meat lover pizza on my first day at your outlet. The experience was awesome and for sure, it was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. This was a newfound jewel eating point I was eager to share with my colleagues. The deal was wonderful regardless of the distance I had traveled to get to your outlet. I am a frequent traveler and I have a tendency to share my discoveries of nice places and things with the people I spend most of my time.
On Monday, I had the opportunity to share my discovery with my colleagues. Everything was fine until one of them interjected with an ironic statement. The most disgusting thing was the mention of a cockroach as one of your key ingredients while making your pizzas. To make matters worse there was a video online supporting the earlier statement. I was terribly disappointed and found it very disgusting. Since that day, I have never visited your outlet.
I am would encourage you to comprehensively deal with the issue raised on the video. I loved the taste of your pizza and it created a memorable experience. However, the incident was the deal breaker. What can you do to make me feel comfortable to travel and purchase your pizza?
