I have personally gained massively from B100 since it have completely changed my perception on issues to do with the business since it covers a wide range of life basics that gear someone towards prosperity either business wise, or in a normal life situation. In reference to your point, sharing of ideas through discussions and analyzing each and everyone’s point properly is important for progress. Moreover, it has made me get conversant with a variety of elements in connection with the business marketing, history and even accounting. It is not easy to get it right; team collaboration has always proved to be crucial in a workplace. When there is little collaboration and teamwork, the group ends up running as a collection of information where narrow viewpoints, inconsistencies and group competitions will at the end lead to lost opportunities and money.
Considering the social tools and collaboration we now have access to, this kind of problems could be a thing of the past. However, the commitment to group work is not a guarantee that to benefits since doing all these without proper decision making and accountability to support them will justify a waste of time and resources. A wide range of workplaces in today spends a lot of time in activities related to teamwork and seemingly this trend is expected to escalate referring to what we have just done in our B100. I'm happy to note that this has fundamentally changed the point of view of almost all of us. This confirms that success if fully dependent on the ability to collaborate as much as we need to make sure that we have tools to deliver in our daily activities.
