There are two courses of actions that needed to be applied and impose here to overcome on the challenges for the cashier, assistant managers, company and the customers. One of the ethics is to properly audit each and every cheque or document received during a day time period. It is an important aspect, and it will certainly help the organization to properly have a check and balance over the amount which is out-flowing and in-flowing from the bank (Kostigen, 2003). Manager can have the chance to track the overall payment, and even track the working of their employees as well easily. This particular thing will certainly enhances the level of ethical stances among the company, and their employees to get effective consequences accordingly (Krizan, Merrier, Logan & Williams, 2011). On the other hand, there is yet another important aspect that could be taken into account by the cashier which is to having a machine or device to analyze the thumb impression or signature of the customer. With the help of this particular activity, a cashier can enhance the level of ethical measures and effectiveness, and can deliver effectiveness in their services. Both of these ethical stances would be effective for the company as well as for the employees of the company.
