New technology has improved communication at a greatly and hence changing impact in economic growth, political focus and social networking. This happens through digital technology on devices such as cell phones, televisions, and computers technology that supports communication. The paper focuses on communication changes due a result new technology, especially in the social media. Furthermore, the study projects on the impact of communication on the new technology in development, especially in the business context.

An organization has created a business page in social media where its followers get to interacts. In these business pages, helps in communication whereby company updates on the new items in the market and discounts (Ramey, 2013). The followers also use these platforms in airing and communicating their feeling regarding the products and services of the company. Therefore, it helps in connecting the organization management with the customers. It also helps in understanding the needs of the customers, queries and responding to their questions.

In the current era, internet and digital devices have been identifying as the communication tools that has enabled through the new technology. Contrary to earlier years, communication has improved as it enables faster connection in the business world. This has boosted the socio-economic and political growth. The new technology has supported the development of social media sites and platforms that contribute to constant changes, evolvement, and development in the communication (Rumen, 2015). These changes are essential as they have played a major role in enhancing faster and reliable mode of communication even though it reduces having face to face interactions. The mode of communication involves sending written information and through new technology and internet the information is disseminated within a short period.
The Smartphone are digitalized devices that enable online communication through chatting and program like Skype. This helps in connecting with friends, customers, and suppliers in the organization. It electronic devices are essential as they are portable, and one can use them anywhere. The organization uses these platforms in collecting and sending information to all stakeholders. Technology has enhanced communication whereby the organization can rely on its efficiency, reduced cost and fast interaction and information delivery . Comparing to other forms of communication, new technology has improved especially in the recent decades. Therefore, the different form of communication contributes to the business development.
In a business setting, E-mail is popular for communication within and outside the organization. The employees communicate through the emails and hence conserve time that would be used in moving from one department to another. Email communication is essential as it is secure and can be retrieved to support any claim. Therefore, they can be used for reference on matters involving the organization. E-mails are also essential for inter-organization communication (Vladlena, 2013). The management uses emails in communicating with others from different organizations. Furthermore, the stakeholders are communicated through sending emails regarding any announcement of the company. Therefore, email is efficient and reliable in communication.

The impact of technology in business communication today has drastically changed. Technology helps the business to reach to targeted customers through the social media platforms. This includes Facebook and Twitter whereby the business person interacts with their customers directly. The E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, and texting are some of the communication platforms that have contributed in diminishing verbal communications. This is helpful as the business people gets to interact with the customers instantly and hence getting feedback on time. It helps in improving their relationship and bonding together through meeting customers’ needs. The businesses have also embraced technology in through communicating with investors and suppliers (Erik, Randi, & Martin, 2012). This is on the grounds of outsourcing resources required in supporting the business operation. The investors communicate with the firm’s management to identify the potential returns from their investments. Furthermore, the suppliers are interested in supplying their products in the organization and ensuring they keep a straight record for payment. Therefore, communication is the essential factor in supporting the business operation, especially under the new technology.

Television communication is the most applied platform by the organization in marketing through advertisements. The visual advertisement plays major roles in attracting the customers and communicating more information regarding the product. It connects the sellers and buyer by the product advertised (Ramey, 2013). Television helps on product launching as visual pictures of the product are displayed to customers. Furthermore, the customers react to the products depending on their packages for easier identifications. Therefore, televisions contribute greatly in the marketing and advertisement.
Internet Business Survey
New technology has contributed to product or service survey using the internet. Earlier decades it was difficult in handling and conducting survey hence incurring company more costs. Product or service survey is the key factor for an organization in realizing their product position in the market. The businesses consider conducting survey regularly to position themselves in appropriate competitive positions (Erik, Randi, & Martin, 2012). The need of social network is to ease the process of survey whereby the stakeholders use in responding to the organization questions. These responses are automated whereby the results are generated to communicate the position of the organization in performance. Online platforms are essential in enabling the organization in achieving the intended objective regarding its performance. Therefore, the new technology and improved communication platform ensure this process to be quick in response to a survey question and saves the company on its spending and time.

Video conferencing is another product of new technology whereby different organization presents their objectives online. The companies in different regions can engage in communication whereby they project through video conferencing. It does not necessarily need for travel expenses as the companies can allocate specific time for video conferencing and follow the meeting from their destination. Therefore, communication has been further simplified through video conferencing and digitalized gadgets (Erik, Randi, & Martin, 2012). Satellites and screening are some of the essential devices that help in video conferencing. The internet connectivity also contributes greatly to ensuring the communication from end to another is possible.
In conclusion, communication has improved as a result of new technology development. The new technology has played major roles in ensuring organization connects perfectly with its customers worldwide. It has opened the communication platforms and hence ensuring efficiency and reliable form of communication. Social media is another essential platform that has improved the communication in the recent past. It helps in connecting people through online communication. Therefore, the tremendous improvement has been realized in the communication due to development in technology and internet connectivity.
