The United States of America is facing several challenges in the economic development. I Being an American it is my obligation to come up with necessary strategies to curb our country from getting into an economic predicament. Housing market failure is one of the greatest crises we are facing. This crisis begins with us in our houses, work places and even banks. We, the democrats, have been having several meetings and discussing these issues in broad considering even the poor in our society. Through the arguments and discussions, we came up with policies a number of policies. Each policy is supported by every member of our party, and I am certain that they are for the benefit of our state.
The prices of many of our homes started going down in 2007, and it progressed on to 2009. Our party has engineered a number of long-term solutions to face this problem. Our intention in doing this is to even out the money and housing market which rely on mortgage backed safety. To limit the increase in the amount paid by the consumers we are going to increase the interest and put low-efficient tax rates for houses of residence.
Passing regulations in business will also improve the economy of America. They should strictly follow the law and they must conduct legal transactions. We will expand our international relations with other countries so as to expand the market for the businessmen. Our government will increase subsidies so as to boost the morale of companies. This will in an increase in market supply thus being able to increased demand of commodities by consumers. Businessmen will also enjoy reduced import tax hence import more products into the country which in result will call more investors into our state. Otherwise, we are going to increase trade barriers for other non member states of our trade block.
My government will increase income tax for more government programs. These programs are going to be fully and well funded by the government and programs will also be mobilized to rural areas. The government is going to work hard to extend the branches of its institutions to meet the needs of Americans all over the state. This will increase employment opportunities in the entire nation. Most of the youths will indulge into working and developing the nation. This will reduce idleness and abuse of drugs in adolescent.
In the education sector our government will check out in a number of different areas. The government is going to add more the reading materials and will bring extra up to date books in school libraries. Teachers’ salary will also be increased and moreover additional teachers will be assigned to rural schools. My government will come up with new forms of energy as well advanced ways of producing the energy. For instance wind energy which is cheaper since it is obtained naturally and is eco-friendly.
As a president I will also ensure that the environment is maintained in terms of cleanliness. This will be implemented through strict laws and measures. The laws will reduce the dispose of sewage into the human surrounding. Through maintaining a clean environment, the citizens in my nations will be healthy thus able to work and generate more income. A working nation is one of my main visions that will be implemented when I get into office. I expect my nation to be a working country. This is through the citizens working in unity and harmony to give the best results.
