Montana’s prison guards have been on strike since four days ago.
1600 national guards have been called to duty in the prisons.
National guards started today after 5000 guards went on strike.
Elsewhere, 38000 copper workers ended their three day strike today.
Last year say many wildcat strikes.

The county commission today heard Alfred Lewis’s request to keep his job.
The county maintenance supervisor said he would not strike.
The county attorney’s David Maloney conducted an investigation into Lewis.
According to the investigation, Lewis had misused county vehicles.
Malone had also granted unauthorized access to county equipment.
A commissioner bob Newhouse’s motion that Lewis be fired was approved.
The motion, saw his severance pay denied.
Chairman white said Lewis misused his office to better his position.
Lewis called the charges completely erroneous and false.
He claimed his enemies were out to ruin him and his family.

Yesterday, the city council held its second meeting of the month.
The 2 hour meeting approved the school boards appropriations for a playground.
Last month appointments of sue Murphy and John cuts were approved.
Sue Murphy is the new public relations officer.
Cats are the new assistant liaison for city affairs.
12 out of 14 council members were present for the meeting.
They approved the two percent hike in real estate tax.
The tax was approved in a seven to five vote.
Council member Jane Andrews opposed the tax.
According to Andrews, the tax will drive away people from town.
Meanwhile, supporter Jones said the hike will help balance the budget.

A student who lost a foot has sued the school district.
Rick Peters was run over by the school bus last year.
He now wants half a million dollars in damages.
The jury found the school not to negligent two months ago.
Attorney Betty burns requested a retrial last month.
According to burns, the previous decision was perverse.
The request for retrial was rejected this afternoon.

Police have identified a man found dead in a boat yesterday.
Even rows, was found in a boat docked at a marina.
Dr. Sybil Jones performed Evan’s autopsy last night.
He concluded that Evans was stabbed to death.
Local police are investigating the 32 years old’s death.
They arrested a teenager today in connection to the crime.
He was charged in the theft around the property where the murder occurred.
The 18 year old Robert ray will be arraigned today.
Ray, a suspect in the murder, is presently in county jail
The police picked him up in concord at two pm this afternoon.
