Arguably, discrimination exists in various ways, and takes place in many aspects of human life. The judicial and civil rights have been put in place to define and draw boundaries on discriminatory issues. Undeniably discrimination can be very harmful to society and to development. The courts have stated that private organizations and social clubs can discriminate within their rights in terms of race, gender, ethnicity, and other discriminatory characteristics. In this case, limiting this kind of discrimination is very critical. In this case, the discrimination undertaken by private sectors must not interfere with freedom and rights of the parties been discriminated. Apart from been given authority to conduct business the best way it fits the organization, the discriminatory activities carried out should not interfere with other people. It is critical to ensure that moral issues are adhered to in practicing the rights. Moreover, ensuring that the law and the rights are enforced as par its original intention in order to be counterproductive.
Conversably, private groups should be in a position to discriminate for various reasons. As a matter of fact, private sector needs to be given the authority to discriminate in a way that fits their organizational objectives. In fact, private groups have the right to serve or to hire anyone they want in their organization. Private groups use their own capital to carry out their activities, and they should not be told on what not to do and what to do. Moreover, private groups have its members; hence, they have the right to discriminate and endure that only its members are served. Private entities in most cases work as per the rules and regulation of the organization, which are limited to its members.
Perhaps, being part of groups that discriminate unfairly is very challenging. Hence, it is tremendously fair to change the organization from the inside, so as to limit the discriminatory behaviors. I would endure that employees and management within the organization understand why the discrimination is unfair. This entails involving everyone in the change process, so as to agree to policy adjustment on discrimination issues. Invite human resource activities tend to limit differences between individuals, meaning the gap will be reduced. Moreover, launching of general advice department would be very useful in changing organizational discriminatory behaviors.
