In his article Meyer points out the day to day prejudices of the society against LGBT people. His aim is to outline the effects; these prejudices have on the lives of Homosexual people. In his article, he quoted many Homosexual people that he has interviewed. All of them admit that they have to live in a constant distress and fear because of their sexual orientation. He asks his reader to imagine the situation of a homosexual person who would have to live under constant reject because of his sexual preferences.

His article is well constructed with a natural flow and expresses his point of view succinctly to his reader. The article would help a sociologist in understanding the little prejudices and their influence on the LGBT people.

Report notes the grievances of the couple on being dismissed so unceremoniously from the store. The article tries to highlight one of the many incidents Homosexual people face in the routine because of the prejudice of the society against homosexuality. From the report, a sociologist can get the idea about the situation LGBT people have to face on a daily basis. The report provokes a sociologist to ask certain questions about the social and sexual prejudices of the society. A sociologist can contemplate about the actions of the store employee and his remark regarding Adam and Eve. It depicts that our sexual prejudices have strong religious roots.
