The content I have learned in class has had an impact on my career life. I am going to apply the knowledge acquired in two main ways. First, for analyzing consumer behavior. It is important to analyze consumer behavior before deciding the best practices to undertake. Secondly, I will train my fellow employees on consumer behavior best practices. Every employee needs to have some knowledge on best practices to make clients happy.
The following is the list containing the best practices that are to be followed in the field of consumer behavior. One, every clientele is to be treated individually. Each client has his or her own preferences which call for individual treatment. This ensures that customers get what they really want encouraging their maximum satisfaction. Second, customers need to be comforted. Clients are to be told what is in for them. This is to be with regard to benefits got from purchasing the product as well as the expected discomfort. Lastly, clearly identifying the information needed by the customer. A customer needs to be allowed to be in control. Hence, the problem will be solved halfway while identifying the answers required by the client (Hawkins, Best & Coney, 2004).
I liked everything about the course. The teaching tactics were perfect and communication was top-notch.

Cyber security, compliance, and business continuity
The rationale to be followed should encompass on teaching about information technology challenges and opportunities in the first topic. The second topic should be tailored in information technology architecture. The third, forth, and fifth topics should be based on database technology, information technology business networks as well as components, and vulnerabilities together with threats respectively (Turban, Volonino, Wood & Sipior, 2013).
The class is important as it helps learners comprehend the trends that exist in the world of information technology today. The acquired knowledge will enable achievement of objectives and goals in the field of management.
